Q: What is contention?
A: Contention is a system we use to
limit the number of free streaming users we have at any one time. When you
initially log onto a streaming service you enter a queue. As the next
person logs onto the service you move along the queue. When you get to the
end of the queue you are automatically logged off.

Q: How do I upgrade?
A: To upgrade you need to be logged
into your account. Click on the My Account section of the site, then click
on Upgrade Subscription Level. Follow the on screen instructions to upgrade
to the level you require.

Q: What is the minimum PC spec I will need to use windows?
A: The minimum spec to use our site is:
300 Mhz IBM compatible PC or 333 Mhz PowerMac G3
64 Mb RAM (128 Mb RAM recommended)
Web Browser (e.g. Internet Explorer 5+, Netscape Communicator 4.5+) with "128-bit encryption" enabled.
Monitor display setting of 800 x 600 (1024 x 768 recommended)
Java Plug-in 1.1+

Q: What is 128-bit encryption and why do I need it?
A: MoneyAM's secure servers use the most advanced 128-bit encryption for transfer of personal information.
If you are having problems with the "log-in" page not being found this is most likely to be due to the "Cypher strength" of your browser being too low.

Q: I cannot get streaming, what should I do?
A: Try refreshing the screen by
using the icon at the top of the browser or by pressing CTRL+F5

Q: It is still not working!?
A: Try closing all your browsers and then re-open them.
A: Try clearing your browser’s cache/temporary Internet files.
A: You may be accessing from behind a firewall. Please contact your system administrator.

Q: I am behind a firewall, how can I access the site?
A: Contact your System Administrator and ask them (very nicely) to open up access to:

system. This is a queuing system which we use to limit the number of people
