After a lengthy legal dispute Eleco has sold its German subsidery to a US-company for about £1m - this ends the dispute and gives Eleco a wad of cash. Some reaction in sp but this has to be good news, although it hardy restores Market confidence. The legal dispute came to abt. £1m, so I'm unsure...
