Five new non-executive directors were elected to Omega Insurance Holdings' board at a special general meeting today (12 March).

They are: John Coldman, James Bryce, Robin Spencer-Arscott, Jonathan Betts, David Cooper and Ernest Morrison.

They have been appointed as non-executive directors with immediate effect.

Walter Fiederowicz, Christopher Clarke, Clifford Palmer, Coleman Ross and Nicholas Warren have stepped down as non-executive directors with immediate effect.
