Property web site, Right Move says it is confident that 2010 profits will be above current market expectations, subject to no significant change in market conditions. This is based on the higher average spend per advertiser achieved in January, evidence from customers of the service providing continued value for money, and the predictably of its subscription model. The Group says that trading in January 2010 saw a substantial increase in average spend per advertiser. This has come from three main sources: * Customers are spending more with Rightmove on existing advertising products, continuing the strong trend in the latter part of 2009. * The first increases to agency listing fees are coming through * There has been a healthy uptake of new display advertising products first launched in December 2009.
