LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Software company Autonomy Corporation Plc. said it has entered into a new agreement with Home Box Office Inc. (HBO) for the license of Autonomy's intelligent data operating layer software.

No financial details were provided.

HBO, the premium television programming subsidiary of Time Warner Inc., provides two 24-hour pay television services -HBO and Cinemax- to over 40 million U.S. subscribers, it added.
