How about a 5 day chart & a 1 month chart as well?
Also if you use the colourful option, the line stands out more.
Under indicators there is also a volume option.

I bought SEO last year and got new shares at 3p, up over 100% now but is it worth hanging on or would I be better taking profit now?

its very tempting and i feel the same way about fortune oil. as far as stanelco is concerned i think its worth hanging on at least for a little while longer . the 90 day trial with reckitt beckinser is close to ending so something good could happen there . and there is still the possibilty of a deal with sainsburys in the background. the negative aspects i.e. legal problem with bioprogress is probably the reason why this share isnt flying as well as last years loss. as far as i can see, the new products and technology at stanelco means only good things. i would like to see more news flow and it pains me to see the spectacular gains bioprogress are making while stanelco move sideways and slightly upwards. but .......any gain is beter than a loss........

If I held SEO I would hold BPRG as well to hedge against a bad result in the case.

thanks Bosley, I wanted to sell FTO at 9p last week but was too late so intended to buy some more when they were low again but I missed that too and they're 9p again.
I like that because it isn't just a reaction from the Shares recommendation and let's face it, China is the place to be at the moment.
Do you know of any other Chinese shares traded on the FTSE?

the court case is probably years away, but still holding seo,as the advantages out way the risks, but some descent buying over the last few days,i have been in since 3.4p so am prepared for the downfall,as far as the reckitts deal the 90 days have come and gone,so hopefully get an announcement next week fingers crossed! the pr machine at seo needs a good seeing to,one of the worst i have come across, maybe they should take a leaf out of celsises book,a guy on the adfvn site called up there pr office in relation to the $ issue and that evening he got a call from the finance director, that put him and the other investors at ease.

There's Griffin Mining! Risky I know, but no more than any other company trading out China way!
banovallum, and if you hold BPRG? Likewise!

i agree with those saying holding brpg would be a good way to hedge bets against the court case going against seo , but with the recent rises how much more upside is there to brpg? i do agree with petralva that the pr machine at seo does need a kick in the arse , but then again , whats the point of making announcements if there is nothing to announce? i got in at 3.5p so i am quite comfortable at the moment and i am intending to hold long term on this share.

Everything that I have read over several months says that SEO are not expected to win the case & this is already in the price.
It is not a major part of their business anyway.

I've read the thread on Griffin mining and have put it on my watch list.
Often looked at Bioprogress but always thought it was high enough -like Proteome and Clarkson. I could kick myself about the last two!

i couldnt tell you apple,if they do lose,it will be up to the judges to award damages i think,in respect of lost revenue to bprg,i remember someone saying somewhere that 4 out of 5 cases involving patent abuse fail, but my own strategy is to stay in until closer the date of the case, and judge from there!.
i wouldnt think that the price is fixed in,no one knows what damages are likely to be?

just been reading the brpg thread . some one mentioned possibility of a settlement with seo may be forcoming . if this is so then it sounds to me like an out of court deal which means less potential damage to both sides . no winners and no losers?????? any opinions?

That would be an unexpected plus.
Thanks for that info.

Is this why bprg are down today or are they just following the herd? Some aren't, perhaps this is a good sign, e.g.nsb.

if its true then thats the best for both, and they can them move on.no one likes litigation hanging over them, especially shareholders.

That would be good news indeed especially if the trial results show a promising move forward shortly...?
